Spiritual Change Management
Leslie offers guidance in Spiritual Change Management, helping you get unstuck or handle times of great transformation.
Change can be chosen or unexpected, exciting or painful, practical or deeply spiritual. Sometimes we know exactly what needs to change. Other times, we simply know that the way we have been living, relating, believing, or understanding ourselves no longer quite fits.
Spiritual Change Management brings together communication, reflection, spiritual practice, intuition, and practical personal-development tools to help you navigate periods of transition. The goal is not to remove uncertainty or make decisions for you. It is to help you become more grounded, recognize patterns and possibilities, reconnect with your own wisdom, and move through change with greater awareness and intention.
Three Paths of the WiserheART Center
The work of the WiserheART Center is organized into three interconnected areas:

1. Healing ARTS Explore complementary practices intended to support relaxation, spiritual connection, energetic awareness, reflection, and personal well-being. Healing ARTS may include Reiki and energy work, chakra practices, meditation and mindfulness, crystal and angel healing, and spiritually oriented hypnosis and past-life exploration through QHHT®. |

2. Communication ARTS
Communication shapes our relationships, our work, our boundaries, our conflicts, and much of the way we experience the world. Communication ARTS combines Leslie's extensive background in communication studies with practical coaching and personal-development tools to help people understand relational patterns, navigate difficult conversations, strengthen boundaries, communicate more intentionally, and approach change with greater awareness. Offerings may include personal and relationship communication coaching, professional and workplace communication, conflict-management guidance, and public-speaking coaching. |

3. Metaphysical ARTS
Explore the symbolic, intuitive, and spiritual dimensions of life through divination, metaphysical study, and spiritual practice. Metaphysical ARTS may include the WiserheART Method of Tarot Interpretation, intuitive and oracle readings, the I Ching, Ogham, dowsing, spirit-clearing practices, intuitive development, metaphysical education, classes and workshops, and selected offerings from the Spiritual Supply Shop. |

A Grounded Approach
WiserheART brings together two worlds that are too often treated as opposites: careful thought and intuitive knowing. Leslie's approach draws from communication scholarship, personal-development tools, spiritual practice, metaphysical traditions, intuition, and lived experience. Spiritual and intuitive experiences can be meaningful without requiring you to surrender critical thinking. Clients are encouraged to consider what resonates, question what does not, remain active participants in their own growth, and make their own decisions. WiserheART does not seek to create dependence on a practitioner, reading, healing modality, or spiritual system. The work is intended to support greater awareness of your own patterns, possibilities, choices, values, relationships, intuition, and capacity for growth.
